Trust yourself girl. You are clawing your way through a tough situation. You are powerful and have light within you. It can’t help but break free and shine brighter and brighter. It is a driving force. Let it drive you.
You are worthy of respect and love. Your wants and wishes matter.
You get out of your bad relationships. You get yourself out. They are angry with you. But you get happiness. Keep pushing for it.
Conflict, anger, gaslighting often means you’ve hit the mark. The other person’s psyche is trying to deflect you away from it because they aren’t ready to handle it and heal. But that isn’t your problem. You can’t know when they are ready. You can only know when you are ready and you need to act on that and be true to yourself. They may not be able to access change yet. But you can.
